Frequently Asked Questions
Find quick answers to common questions about cloud storage security, dynamic links, and mirroring.
How does CloudShare Pro protect my cloud credentials?
CloudShare Pro uses standard OAuth 2.0 authorization. Your raw account passwords and tokens are never shared with downloaders. Tokens stored in our database are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption.
Do you permanently store my files on your server?
No. By default, files remain on your connected cloud storage (such as Google Drive). CloudShare Pro generates secure dynamic relays and streaming tokens, meaning downloads flow directly and securely.
What are dynamic expiring links?
A dynamic expiring link is a temporary download URL that automatically disables itself after a specific duration (such as 1 hour, 24 hours, or 7 days) or once a specific download count limit is reached.
How does the file mirroring system work?
Our mirroring engine takes an authorized file from your source cloud account and transfers it to supported destination storage providers using official APIs, logging the status and progress in your dashboard.
What payment methods are supported for BDT subscriptions?
We support all major local Bangladeshi payment gateways including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, as well as Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards.
